At Kaurilands School we accept enrolments from 5 to 11 year old international students. Our New Zealand Code of Practice rules that all international students under the age of 11 must live with a parent or guardian in New Zealand to study. We accept both short-term and long-term international students.
If you are interested in studying at Kaurilands School please contact Rachel Tims, our International Director, [email protected] or send us a message via our Contacts page.

We will also require a copy of your travel and medical insurance to process your child's enrolment at Kaurilands.
Please note, all charges are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

According to the 2025 Global Peace Index, New Zealand is ranked as the second most peaceful country in the world to live (after Iceland). Even though it is safe here, the New Zealand Ministry of Education has created a Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students, something which most countries do not have. Parents of our international students can feel safe knowing schools must follow strict rules with regards to international students.
