Kia ora koutou and welcome to Rūma Tekau mā ono! Our class is a warm and supportive learning environment where children begin their journey into primary education. At the heart of our rōpū (class) is building positive relationships between students, teachers and whānau that are focused on the well-being and progress of every individual learner. In Room 22 we develop independence, courage and kindness as well as strong foundational skills in reading, writing and maths. We also actively learn and practice our five school values- Whanaungatanga, Ako, Kotahitanga, Manaakitanga and Kaitiakitanga to help us become successful citizens of the world.
